ROOMS & RATES INFO
- A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to hold any date.
- Final pricing will be guaranteed at the time of menu selection, with the exception of market-driven items.
- All prices are stated prior to the addition of NH rooms and meals tax (8%) and gratuity (18%).
- All meals will be guaranteed two weeks prior to the event and shall be considered the basis for a minimum payment due. We will be prepared for 5% more as a contingency. The guarantee may not be reduced.
- Final payment will reflect the actual count above the minimum where applicable.
- Due to our different levels of room rates based on season, a room charge will be applied based on the dates of your event.
